Guzheng is one of the oldest Chinese musical instruments, dating back to the Warring States Period of the Qin Dynasty. Its development shows Han music and Chinese minority culture. But this ancient musical instrument is not difficult for beginners. After a learning course, a piece of music can be completed.
During the workshop, you will discover the structure of Guzheng, the playing position, the pentatonic scale, the development and changes of the score, the four sound zones, the rhythms and beats of Guzheng and the basic techniques(Tuō 托; Mǒ抹; Gōu 勾;Dǎ打 etc).
